The Strategic Materials was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 29 CFR 1910.22 (a)(1), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1105342, citation number 02 item number 001 and was affirmed as a final order on 06/03/2016, with respect to a workplace located at 6420 19th St., E. Sarasota, FL  34243.  The Strategic Materials was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 29 CFR 1910.22 (a)(1), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 906337, citation number 01 item number 001 and was affirmed as a final order on 11/17/2014, with respect to a workplace located at 2728 Buell Drive East Troy, WI  53120.
