29 CFR 1926.501(b)(1): Each employee on a walking/working surface with an unprotected side or edge 6 feet or more above a lower level was not protected from falling by the use of a guardrail system, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system: a) 6610 Germantown Ave, Philadelphia, PA - The employer did not ensure employees used a fall protection system when working approx. 10 feet above the next level thus exposing the employees to fall hazards. This condition was observed on or about September 22, 2016. Real Contractors, LLC was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1134031, citation number 1 item number 4 and was affirmed as a final order on August 11, 2016, with respect to a workplace located at 116 Olive St, Philadelphia, PA 19123. Real Construction, LLC was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1125937, citation number 1 item number 2 and was affirmed as a final order on September 14, 2016, with respect to a workplace located at 2143 Lombard St, Philadelphia, PA 19146.
