On or about 09/22/16, job site - North Conduit & 126th St. South Ozone Park, NY      Employees were loading I-beams to a flatbed truck with a CAT 320E excavator. The rigging equipment caught the I-beam causing it slide off the truck and stuck the employee's body. The employees were not trained for performing this task.      ABATEMENT VERIFICATION IS REQUIRED PURSUANT TO 29 CFR 1903.19.
