29 CFR 1910.151(c): Where employees were exposed to injurious corrosive materials, suitable facilities for quick drenching or flushing of the eyes and body were not provided within the work area for immediate emergency use: (a) On or about 12 October, 2016 for employees exposed to chemical burn hazards where PC-88 (Lactic Acid 88% CAS #50-21-5) and PC 622 (Acetic acid 40%-50% CAS #64-19-7, Peroxyacetic acid 21%-23% CAS #79-21-0) are handled and sprayed onto meat throughout the production process at or near 13 135th Street SW in Aberdeen, SD.
