OSH ACT of 1970 Section (5)(a)(1): The employer did not furnish employment and a place of employment which were free from recognized hazards that were causing or likely to cause death or serious physical harm, including severe burns, to employees, in that employees were exposed to dust explosion, deflagration, or other fire hazards from the air material separator being located inside the building. a) The Sterling Cyclone Model #10 that collects combustible dust from polyethylene cutting board sheets on Line #5, was located inside the building, on or about 10-26-16. ABATEMENT CERTIFICATION REQUIRED
