OSH ACT of 1970 Section (5)(a)(1): The employer did not furnish employment and a place of employment which were free from recognized hazards that were causing or likely to cause death or serious physical harm to employees.   a)  4208 Integrity Way, Powder Springs, Ga., On or about October 19/2016, in the interior front side of the residential structure, the employer exposed employees to fall hazards from the second level 10 feet 4 inches above lower, in that the job-made ladder was used to access to the second floor did not have parallel side rails running the entire length of the ladder, evenly spaced and perpendicular step treads and was not secured from displacement.
