29 CFR 1926.304(d): Portable, power-driven circular saw(s) were not equipped with a guard above and below the base plate or shoe:  On or about August 17, 2017 at 1501 turner church road, McDonough, Georgia, an employee using the Makita circular saw to make cuts on the lumber required in the framing of the house was exposed to contacting the turning blade.

29 CFR 1926.403(b)(1)(ii): Safety of equipment was not determined on the basis of mechanical strength and durability, including, for parts designed to enclose and protect other equipment, the adequacy of the protection thus provided:  On or about August 17, 2017 at 1501 Turner Church Road, McDonough, Georgia, where employees were using a Makita handheld circular saw were exposed to an electrical shock and burn hazard, when the outer sheathing on the electrical cord was damaged exposing the conductor within.

29 CFR 1926.501(b)(1): Each employee on a walking/working surface with an unprotected side or edge which was 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above a lower level was not protected from falling by the use of guardrail systems, safety net systems, or personal fall arrest systems.  On or about August 17, 2017 at 1501 Turner Church Road, McDonough, Georgia an employee working at putting up 2x6 for a porch on the second level was exposed to a fall hazard of approximately 9'-3" to the lower level.

On or about August 17, 2017 at 1501 Turner Church Road, McDonough, Georgia, employees working on the site using the stairs to access/egress the upper levels are exposed to a fall hazard when at least a single hand rail was not installed.
