The use of a body belt in a tethering system or in a restraint system is acceptable and is regulated:    On or about October 19, 2016, at the job site an employee was observed working in an aerial lift approximately 30 feet above the ground.  The employee was wearing a personal fall arrest harness but not tying off to the boom or basket.  The employee was exposed to fall hazards.
