29 CFR 1926.451(g)(1): Employees on scaffolds more than 10 feet (3.1 m) above a lower level were not protected from falling to that lower level by fall protection established in paragraphs (g)(1)(i)-(vii) of this section:     On or about August 8, 2018, at the job site employees were observed working on 7th level of 8-tier scaffolds without proper guard rails provided.  Employees were exposed to fall hazards of approximately 35 feet.   GTO Construction was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard, 29 CFR 1926.451(g)(1) which was contained in OSHA inspection Number 992165 Citation Number 1, Item Number 1, and was affirmed as a final order on November 19, 2014  with respect to a workplace located at 2337 N. Main Street, New Castle, OK 73065 and inspection Number 1226275 Citation Number 2, Item 2 and was affirmed as a final order on  November 1, 2017 with respect to a workplace located at 808 S. Meridian, Oklahoma City, OK 73139.
