29 CFR 1926.451(g)(1): Each employee on a scaffold more than 10 feet (3.1 m) above a lower level was not protected from falling to that lower level: a)565 State St., Springfield, MA: On or about October 18, 2016, an employee climbed on the railings of the scissor type lift, to access the roof of this building, which were more than 12 feet above the ground below. Specific abatement documentation that this violation has been corrected must be provided within 10 days of the abatement in accordance with 29 CFR 1903.19(d)(1).
