Paragon Roofing Services Corporation was previously cited for this OSHA Safety and Health Standard 1926.501(b)(13) which was contained in OSHA inspection number 550158, Citation number 1, Item number 1 with respect to the workplace located at 303 Ravine Drive, Highland Park, IL 60035, and was affirmed as a final order on September 12, 2012.
