29 CFR 1910.305(b)(1)(i): Openings through which conductors entered cutout boxes, cabinets, or fittings were not effectively closed:    Noram Drilling Rig 29: On or about October 19, 2016 MH-1440S trailer had an unused opening in the breaker box without a fitting.  This condition exposed the employees to an electrical shock hazard.
