29 CFR 1910.305(b)(1)(ii): Unused openings in boxes, cabinets, or fittings were not effectively closed: Drill Site: On or about October 18, 2016; unused openings in electrical boxes were not effectively closed. This condition exposed the employees to an electrical shock hazards in the following instances; a) Drilling Crew trailer (MH-0360), had an unused opening on the bottom. b) N.O.V. Solid Control Crew trailer (MH7-0159) had an unused opening on the bottom.
