29 CFR 1926.501(b)(10): Each employee engaged in roofing activities on low-slope roofs with unprotected sides and edges 6 feet or more above lower levels, was not protected from falling by guardrail systems, safety net systems, personal fall arrest systems, or a combination of warning line system and guardrail system, warning line system and safety net system, or warning line system and personal fall arrest system, or warning line system and safety monitoring system.  Or, on roofs 50-feet (15.25 m) or less in width, each employee was not protected by use of a monitoring system.    (a) Roof - Employees are exposed to a fall hazard while working on a flat roof with no fall protection.    Corolla Contracting Inc., was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 29CFR1926.201(b)(10), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1004730, citation number 01, item number 001, and was affirmed as a final order on 12/17/14, with respect to a workplace located at 470 Daniel Webster Highway, Merrimack, NH, 03054.      Corolla Contracting Inc., was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 29CFR1926.501(b)(13), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 749282, citation number 01, item number 001, and was affirmed as a final order on 02/22/13, with respect to a workplace located at Adams Street & Constitution Avenue, Revere, MA, 02151.
