Or, on roofs 50-feet (15.25 m) or less in width, each employee was not protected by use of a monitoring system. Location: Jobsite at 47 Commercial Wharf, Boston, MA Workers were exposed to fall hazards of greater than forty (40) feet from the rooftop to the ground below, while traversing from the access point to the work area where fall protection had not been used or provided. Corolla Contracting, Inc. was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard, which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1186469, citation number 1, item number 1 and was affirmed as a final order on January 6, 2017, with respect to a workplace located at 8 Prospect Street, Nashua, NH 03060.
