29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13): Each employee(s) engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels were not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system: a) On or about October 12, 2016, for employees exposed to fall hazards of approximately 9 feet while installing roofing materials on the roof without adequate fall protection systems in place at or near 2260 LaCorte Loop in Bismarck, North Dakota. Note: This company was previously cited for a violation of this Occupational Safety and Health standard or its equivalent standard which was contained in OSHA Inspection Number 985952, Citation 1, Item 1a, and was affirmed as a final order on 01/07/2015, with respect to a workplace located at 222 Curtis Street in Rapid City, South Dakota.
