29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13): Each employee(s) engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels were not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system: (a) On or about April 5th, 2017 employees were exposed to a nine foot fall hazard while installing asphalt shingles on a residential roof with a 5/12 pitch without the benefit of fall protection equipment in the vicinity of 3614 North 19th Street in Bismarck, ND.
