(a) Mechanical Room:  On or about 25 October 2016 and times prior thereto, unattended 32 oz. plastic bottle; containing an unknown chemical substance was not marked identifying the product and the hazard warnings associated with it.  This condition exposed employees to chemical burns, poisoning, and skin dermatitis.   (b) Mechanical Room:  On or about 25 October 2016 and times prior thereto, unattended one gallon plastic spray bottle; containing an unknown bluish chemical substance was not marked identifying the product and the hazard warnings associated with it.  This condition exposed employees to chemical burns, poisoning, and skin dermatitis.
