29 CFR 1910.261(a)(3)(ii): Establishments subject to section 1910.261 shall comply with "Scheme for the Identification of Piping Systems, A13.1 - 1956" of the American National Standards Institute, which is incorporated by reference as specified in 29 CFR 1910.6: a. On and before November 1, 2016, at the facility located at 3243 Whiting Rd Stevens Point, WI, the employer did not provide positive identification of the piping system content as outlined in section 8, Method of Identification, of ANSI standard "Scheme for the Identification of Piping Systems, A13.1 - 1956".
