29 CFR 1926.451(g)(1): Each employee on a scaffold more than 10 feet (3.1 m) above a lower level shall be protected from falling to that lower level. a) East Wall of building A5 of Twenty Eight Apartment Complex: On or about November 2, 2016 and at times prior, the employer exposed employees to fall hazards of 16 feet, in that a fall prevention system was not properly installed while installing weather insulation material on windows.
