Vick Construction, Inc. located at 7450 Highway 21, Buildings 1, 2, and 3, Port Wentworth, GA 31407: on November 21, 2022, and at times prior to, the employer exposed employees to fall hazards in that personal fall arrest systems, safety net systems, guardrails, or alternative fall protection measures were not in use.
