OSH ACT of 1970 Section (5)(a)(1): The employer did not furnish employment and a place of employment which were free from recognized hazards that were causing or likely to cause death or serious physical harm to employees of caught under or struck by hazards in that storage racks for press molds were not secured to the concrete floor.  a) On or about November 8, 2016 and times prior throughout the production area: The employer exposed employees to the hazards associated with being caught under or struck by metal storage racks containing press molds tipping/falling over while fork lifts place and retrieve molds.
