When wet process were used mats were not provided: a) 600 Ton Press: On or about April 5, 2018; the employer exposed employees to slip/trip hazards by failing to ensure the work area in front of 600 Ton Press was maintained in dry condition and did not provide alternate protection such as but limited to mats to protect employees.
