29 CFR 1910.1200(h)(3)(iv): Employees had not been provided with GHS training including an explanation of the labels received on shipped containers and the workplace labeling system to be used by their employer; the safety data sheet, including the order of information, and how employees can obtain and use the appropriate hazard information:  a) All Department Areas (Facility): On or about August 02, 2017, and at times prior; the employer did not provide training for the new Globally Harmonized System of Classification and Labeling of Chemicals (GHS) for chemicals such as but not limited to Klenedraw W-4701-EX, Bondrite L-MF 737 Forming Lubricant, Bondrite C-MC 2280, and MOBIL DTE/HEAVEY to all of their exposed employees.   The Great Lakes Metal Stamping, Inc. was previously cited for a violation of this Occupational Safety and Health Standard 29 CFR 1910.1200(h)(3)(iv), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1188522 citation number 2, item number 1 and was affirmed as a final order on February 02, 2017, with respect to a workplace located at 1192 County Road 177 Cusseta, Al 36852.
