29 CFR 1910.24(g): 29 CFR 1910.24(g): Stairway platforms were not at least the width of the stairway and 30 inches in length measured in the direction of travel: MIL Line: On, or about, November 2, 2016, the stairs that provided access to the bagging station were provided with a landing that was 14.25 long. At the end of the platform, there was gap between the platform and the surface that the employee would have stepped onto.

MIL Line: On, or about, November 2, 2016, the stairs that provided access to the bagging platform were not provided on the right side, ascending and the stair landing was not provided with a guardrail.
