29 CFR 1910.178(a)(6): The employer did not ensure that all nameplates or markings were not maintained in a legible condition: a.) Anchor an Oldcastle Company - On or about 7/27/17, and at times prior thereto, the company was utilizing forklifts including, but not limited to, Toyota forklift to move hoppers and bagged material around the facility. The forklift plate on the truck was worn, dirty and not legible.
