29 CFR 1910.22(a)(2): The floor of every workroom were not maintained in a clean and, so far as possible, a dry condition. Where wet processes are used, drainage were not maintained, and false floors, platforms, mats, or other dry standing places should be provided where practicable. On or about November 2, 2016, employees were working on wet floors due to the workroom not being maintained in clean and dry conditions, thereby exposing employees to slip and fall hazards.
