29 CFR 1910.179(l)(3)(iii)(d): Pendant control stations were not kept clean nor were function labels kept legible:     a)    In the welding area at the main enclosure bay Line 1 & 2, the pendant controls to the ProservAnchor 10-ton overhead crane being used to move up to 6000lb parts did not have legible function labels.     b)    In the welding area at the Frames section Line G, the pendant controls to the Gaffey 5-ton overhead crane s/n 2009 being used to move up to 4000lb parts did not have legible function labels.     c)     In the welding area at the Tanks section Line H 10, the pendant controls to the ProservAnchor 5-ton overhead crane s/n A7548B being used to move up to 6000lb parts did not have legible function labels.     d)    In the welding area Line H 14, the pendant controls to the ProservAnchor 5-ton overhead crane s/n A7548A being used to move up to 6000lb parts did not have legible function labels.     e)    In the welding area Line D15, the pendant controls to the ProservAnchor 25-ton overhead crane s/n A7546A being used to move up to 6000lb parts did not have legible function labels.

29 CFR 1910.212(a)(1):  Machine guarding was not provided to protect operator(s) and other employees in the machine area from hazards such as those created by point of operation, ingoing nip points, rotating parts, flying chips and sparks;                                                                                                               a)    In the Kit Room of the manufacturing facility, employees operating a Craftsman drill press model # 137219120 s/n not legible with no guard over rotating parts were exposed to amputation and laceration hazards.    b)    In the machine shop of the manufacturing facility, employees operating a Powermatic drill press model # 1200 s/n 920565 with no guard over rotating parts were exposed to amputation and laceration hazards.
