29 CFR 1910.212(a)(1): One or more methods of machine guarding was not provided to protect the operator and other employees in the machine area from hazards such as those created by point of operation, ingoing nip points, rotating parts, flying chips and sparks: Deburring Work Station Area # 51; The Deburr Machine was not guarded exposing employees to the hazards of pinch point. Employer did not provide a method of machine guarding to prevent the inadvertent entry of employees into the Deburr Machine area where the Tilt Table automatically cycles and advances to the Stationary Feed section creating a pinch point.
