29 CFR 1926.1101(k)(2)(i): Before work subject to this standard is begun, building and facility owners shall determine the presence, location, and quantity of ACM and/or PACM at the work site pursuant to paragraph (k)(1) of this section:    a.  On or about December 7, 2016, at the facility located at 1602 N. 8th Street Manitowoc, WI, the building owner/employer had not determined the presence, location, and quantity of Asbestos Containing Material (ACM) and/or Presumed Asbestos Containing Material (PACM) in the facility prior to assigning employees to remove floor tiles that contained 3% Chrysotile from the front office area.
