The employees were not using any form of fall protection and were thus exposed to a fall hazard of approximately 20 feet to the ground below.        Randall Contractor Inc. was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 1926.501(b)(13), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 571878, citation number 01, item number 01, and was affirmed as a final order on 10/18/20112, with respect to a workplace located at 290 Staggerbush Road Williamstown, NJ.
