29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13): Each employee engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels were not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system. a) 1316 Pear Tree Lane, Delran, NJ: On or about December 13, 2016, two Randall Contractor Inc. employees were conducting roofing work on the steep slope of a new construction two story residence. The employees were not using any form of fall protection and were thus exposed to a fall hazard of approximately 20 feet to the ground below. Randall Contractor Inc. was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 1926.501(b)(13), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 571878, citation number 01, item number 01, and was affirmed as a final order on 10/18/20112, with respect to a workplace located at 290 Staggerbush Road Williamstown, NJ.
