29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13): Each employee engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels was not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system, nor was an alternative fall protection measure provided: a- 18 Aster Drive, Sicklerville NJ: Company employees were exposed to fall hazards, in excess of 12 feet to the ground surface below, when walking and working from a pitched roof of a residential structure without the use of any fall protection. Condition observed on or about 08/04/18. Randall Contractor, Inc. was previously cited for a Repeat violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1212432, citation number 2, item number 1 and was affirmed as a final order on 01/25/18, with respect to a workplace located at 28 Carrington Way, Marlton NJ.
