29 CFR 1910.305(g)(2)(iii): Flexible cords and cables were not connected to devices and fittings so that strain relief was provided that would prevent pull from being directly transmitted to the joints or terminal screws: PAX Terminal Bldg. P3: On 12/02/2016, the outer jacket of the flexible cord attached to the cargo scale was pulled back from the plug end, which exposed the inner conductors to physical damage, and employees to electrical shocks.

The U.S. Air Force 60th Aerial Port Squadron was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 29 CFR 1910.305(b)(1)(ii), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 190542, citation number 01, item number 003 and was affirmed as a final order on 08/22/2012, with respect to a workplace located at 90 Ragsdale Street, Bldg.977, Travis AFB, CA 94535
