If such hazards were present, or likely to be present, the employer did not: (i) Select, and have each affected employee use, the types of PPE that would protect the affected employee from the hazards identified in the hazard assessment; (ii) Communicate selection decisions to each affected employee; and (iii) Select PPE that properly fit each affected employee:   On or about December 12, 2016 at 3201 Fairfax Traffic way, Kansas City, Kansas, employees engaged in HVAC activities were expose to 1st, 2nd and 3rd degree burns, in that a Job Hazard Analysis was not performed to determine the hazards of the job task and evaluate what Personal Protective Equipment needed to be used.
