29 CFR 1910.212(a)(1): One or more methods of machine guarding was not provided to protect the operator and other employees in the machine area from hazards such as those created by point of operation, ingoing nip points, rotating parts, flying chips and sparks:    a) Framing Area: On or about December 19, 2016, and at times prior thereto, employees were exposed to struck-by hazards while using a Jet Drill Press without the chuck guard installed.     b) Framing Area: On or about December 19, 2016, and at times prior thereto, employees were exposed to caught-in hazards while using a Delta Unisaw without the saws guard installed.      c) Framing Area: On or about December 19, 2016, and at times prior thereto, employees were exposed to caught-in hazards while using a Powermatic Table Saw without the saws guard installed.
