29 CFR 1910.253(b)(2)(ii): Assigned storage spaces for cylinders were not located where cylinders could not be knocked over or damaged by passing or falling objects, or subject to tampering by unauthorized persons: Tool Room: On or about June 27, 2022, and at times prior thereto, employees were exposed to a struck-by hazard from oxygen cylinders that were stored on a tool cage wall and not secured.

29 CFR 1910.303(g)(1)(i)(A): For electric equipment operating at 600 volts, nominal, or less to ground, and likely to require examination, adjustment, servicing, or maintenance while energized, the depth of the working space in the direction of access to live parts (as measured from the live parts where they were exposed or from the enclosure front or opening where they were enclosed) was less than indicated in Table S-1 of Subpart S of Part 1910: Storage Area by tool room: On or about June 27, 2022, and at times prior thereto, employees were exposed to an electrical hazard due to the 3 foot clearance area around a fuse panel being used for storage.
