On or about January 3, 2017, the employer failed to ensure employees operating Minster 30 ton mechanical power press, designated A 32, were protected against coming into contact with the ingoing nip points on the feed roller. b. On or about January 3, 2017,, the employer failed to ensure employees operating V and O 30 ton mechanical power press, serial number 35ST-261, designated as A31, were protected against coming into contact with the ingoing nip points on the feed roller.

On or about January 3, 2017, the employer failed to ensure employees operating Minster 30 ton mechanical power press, designated A 32, were protected against coming into contact with the point of operation by ensuring barrier guard fasteners were not easily removable. b. On or about January 3, 2017,, the employer failed to ensure employees operating V and O 30 ton mechanical power press, serial number 35ST-261, designated as A31, were protected against coming into contact with the point of operation by ensuring barrier guard fasteners were not easily removable.
