29 CFR 1926.1052(c)(1): Stairways having four or more risers or rising more than 30 inches (76 cm), whichever is less, were not equipped with at least one handrail and one stairrail system along each unprotected side or edge: (a) On or about January 9, 2017, and at times prior thereto, the center stairs running north and south with 10 steps. (b) On or about January 9, 2017, and at times prior thereto, the west staircase with 7 steps. (c) On or about January 9, 2017, and at times prior thereto, the east staircase with 7 steps. Abatement certification IS required for this item.
