Campbell Rd., Garland, TX, building B1; where employees, who were working from rafters and trusses, performing framing installation, were not protected from falling to the ground below.  Alfonso Mares was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 1926.501(b)(1), which was contained in OSHA inspection number  984958, citation number 1, item number 1 and was affirmed as a final order on October 15, 2014, with respect to a workplace located at 7700 Cody Lane, Sachse, TX 75048.  Alfonso Mares was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 1926.501(b)(1), which was contained in OSHA inspection number  960527, citation number 1, item number 2 and was affirmed as a final order on April 7, 2014, with respect to a workplace located at 9300  Harmon Rd., Fort Worth, TX 76177.
