29 CFR 1910.1200(e)(1)(i): The employer did not compile a list of the hazardous chemicals known to be present using a product identifier that was referenced on the appropriate safety data sheet:    a)  Electrical Shop:  The employer did not have an up to date inventory list for hazardous substances employees worked with including but not limited to:  Chemsearch NC-123 Plus Moisture Displacer, Gardner Bender Wire-Aide, Nu-Calgon Cal-Blast Condenser Coil Cleaner, 3M Scotchkote Electrical Coating FD, Great Stuff Big Gap Filler, 3M Super 77 Multipurpose Adhesive, Landa Pump Oil and LPS Premium Copper Anti-Seize.     b)  Paint Shop:  The employer did not have an up to date inventory list for hazardous substances employees worked with including but not limited to:  3M Drywall Corner Bead, USG Dust Control Joint Compound, Flex Shield Liquid, Startex Acetone, Rustoleum Flat Protective Enamel, Hammerite Rust Cap, Kiltz Odorless Primer/ Sealer, Zinsser Shellac, Minwax Polyurethane, and Varathane Triple Thick Polyurethane.     c)  Parts Shack:   The employer did not have an up to date inventory list for hazardous substances employees worked with including but not limited to:  Rustoleum Spray Paint, Nu-Calgon Freeze Control.  DEFT Clear Wood Finish, Zinsser Seal Coat, and Acti-Brite.      d)  Carpenter Shop:  The employer did not have an up to date inventory list for hazardous substances employees worked with including but not limited to:  GE Silicone II, Henry Wet Patch Roof Leak Repair, Sterling Solder.      e)  Palace Deli:   The employer did not have an up to date inventory list for hazardous substances employees worked with including but not limited to Spartan Brand- Halt Disinfectant Cleaner, Clean by Peroxy, Concentrated Window Cleaner, and Tough on Grease.      f)  Main Kitchen:   The employer did not have an up to date inventory list for Spartan brand Tough on Grease cleaner.

29 CFR 1910.1200(f)(6)(ii): Except as provided in 29 CFR 1910.1200(f)(7) and 29 CFR 1910.1200(f)(8), the employer did not ensure that each container of hazardous chemicals in the workplace was labeled, tagged or marked with the product identifier and words, pictures, symbols, or combination thereof, which provide at least general information regarding the hazards of the chemicals and which, in conjunction with the other information immediately available to employees under the hazard communication program, would provide employees with the specific information regarding the physical and health hazards of the hazardous chemical:  a)  Paint Shop;  Green liquid was in a secondary container spray bottle and it was not labeled with the contents or hazard identification.   b)  Parts Shack;  A gallon container with pink liquid was not labeled with the contents or hazard identification.  This bottle was adjacent to a gallon container with a pink liquid labeled Acti-Brite.   c)  Tribal Lottery Systems Technician Shop;  Two secondary container spray bottles of simple green but were not labeled with the contents or hazard identification.

29 CFR 1910.134(h)(2)(i): Respirators were not stored to protect them from damage, contamination, dust, sunlight, extreme temperatures, excessive moisture, and damaging chemicals or  were not packed or stored to prevent deformation of the facepiece and exhalation valve:  a)       Paint Shop; An N95 dust mask was stored hanging by its strap on a shelf with paint, stain and other items.
