29 CFR 1926.453(b)(2)(v): A body belt with lanyard attached to the boom or basket was not worn by employee(s) working from an aerial lift: (a) Holiday Inn Express, Front side of hotel: On or about January 25, 2017, and at times prior, the employer exposed employees to ejection/fall hazards of 25 feet from the aerial lift platform, in that personal fall arrest was not provided while performing stucco work on the exterior of the structure.
