29 CFR 1910.1200(e)(1):The employer did not develop, implement, and/or maintain at the workplace a written hazard communication program which describes how the criteria specified in 29 CFR 1910.1200(f), (g), and (h) will be met:(Construction Reference: 1926.59) At jobsite located at 19601 200th Street, spring Hill, 66083: Employees engaged in residential construction framing activities utilizing hazardous chemicals were exposed to health hazards in that a written Hazard Communication Program had not been developed or implemented in the following instances so that employees were not informed about the hazards of exposure to Grip Rite subfloor construction adhesive or DAP Alex Plus Acrylic Latex Caulk plus silicone which could result in irritation of respiratory system (nose, mouth, mucous membranes). Repeated or prolonged exposure may cause mild irritation of eyes and skin, could cause lung edema or sometimes fatal lung injury.

29 CFR 1910.1200(g)(1): Employers did not have a safety data sheet in the workplace for each hazardous chemical which they use At 19601 200th Street, spring Hill, 66083, employees engaged in construction activities were exposed to health hazards in that they were not provided access to Safety Data Sheets (SDS) on hazardous chemicals at the construction site where construction adhesives in the form of Grip Rite subfloor construction adhesive and DAP Alex Plus Acrylic Latex Caulk plus silicone were present. Employees were not informed about the hazards of exposure to Grip Rite subfloor construction adhesive or DAP Alex Plus Acrylic Latex Caulk plus silicone which could result in irritation of respiratory system (nose, mouth, mucous membranes). Repeated or prolonged exposure may cause mild irritation of eyes and skin, could cause lung edema or sometimes fatal lung injury.
