29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13): Each employee engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels was not protected by guardrail systems, safety net systems, personal fall arrest systems, or an alternative fall protection measure under another provision of paragraph 1926.501(b), nor did the employer demonstrate that it is infeasible or creates a greater hazard to use these systems and develop and implement a fall protection plan which meets the requirements of paragraph (k) of section 1926.502: At the jobsite located At 19601 200th St. in Spring Hill, Kansas, employees engaged in residential framing activities were exposed to fall hazards of approximately 16 feet to the exterior ground below in that fall protection was not utilized.

29 CFR 1926.1052(c)(1)(ii): Stairways having four or more risers or rising more than 30 inches (76 cm), whichever is less, were not equipped with a stairrail system along each unprotected side or edge:(a) (LOCATION) (IDENTIFY SPECIFIC OPERATION(S) AND/OR CONDITIONS)Note: At the jobsite at 19601 200th St. in Spring Hill, Kansas, employees were exposed to fall hazards associated with unprotected stairways during residential construction. Employees were exposed to a fall hazard of up to 9 feet in that stair rails were not provided while employees used the stairs to access the second level of the structure.
