On or about January 24, 2017, roof area, employees using nail guns to install ridge capping were not wearing eye protection, exposing themselves to being struck by flying debris or nails.   b. On or about January 24, 2017, roof area, an employee using screw gun to install flashing around the chimney was not wearing eye protection, exposing himself to being struck by flying debris or screws.    Pro Roofing & Associates, Inc. was previously cited for a Repeat violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 29 CFR 1926.102(a)(1), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 457016, citation number 01, item number 001 and was affirmed as a final order on July 31, 2012, with respect to a workplace located at 1100 Lime Street, Fernandina Beach, FL 32034.
