29 CFR 1926.502(a)(2): Employers shall provide and install all fall protection systems required by this subpart for an employee, and shall comply with all other pertinent requirements of this subpart before that employee begins the work that necessitates the fall protection. a. The employer fails to assure effective protection against falls as required by the standard, as demonstrated on May 31, 2018, when employees are working on a residential roof at 2 Kathleen Trail, Palm Coast, FL 32164 without fall protection and are exposed to falls of approximately 10 feet to the ground below. Pro Roofing & Associates, Inc. was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 916361, citation number 1, item number 1 and was affirmed as a final order on August 8, 2013, with respect to a workplace located at 7316 Altama Road, Jacksonville, FL 32217. Pro Roofing & Associates, Inc. was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1294648, citation number 1, item number 1 and was affirmed as a final order on April 4, 2018, with respect to a workplace located at 2 Windover Place, Palm Coast, FL 32164.
