Listed or labeled equipment was not installed and used in accordance with any instructions included in the listing or labeling: Equipment Room 408: Power strips were not used in accordance with the conditions under which they were approved by a recognized testing organization. The strips were connected in series (daisy chained) to other power strips to provide power on rack assembly of the Standard Terminal Automation Replacement System (STARS) cab equipment designed with a Power Condition Units (PCU).
