29CFR1910.178(q)(1):  The powered-operated industrial truck not in safe operating condition was not removed from service:    On or about January 27, 2017, the #4113 fork truck in use on site was found to be exhausting high levels of carbon monoxide (CO) while idling, over 100 parts per million (ppm) at the rear of the truck and above 50 ppm approximately 20 to 40 feet from the truck as it passed by during normal operation.
