Bags, containers, bundles, etc., stored in tiers were not stacked, blocked, interlocked and limited in height so that they were stable and secure against sliding or collapse.    a. Maumee Assembly & Stamping, LLC located in Maumee Ohio:  On or about January 26, 2017, the employer did not ensure the parts table in front of Press #1 on Line #1 located in the production area, were stacked in a secure manner to keep steel blanks from shifting and falling onto employees standing next to the table.  A employee sustained a severe ankle injury when the metal blanks shifted and slid off the table due to the vibration caused by the adjacent mechanical power press.
