29 CFR 1910.134(c)(1); instances(b), (c), (d), (e) and (g) deleted; classification amended to other-than-serious; penalty amended to 7,470.00 a) At Pipe Still 3A, on January 15, 2017, 2:32 am, an employee was exposed to 123 ppm hydrogen sulfide for 20 seconds. The exposure is twice the OSHA maximum concentration (50 ppm) and over NIOSH's immediately dangerous to life and health (IDLH of 100 ppm). f) At Pipe Still 3A, on January 17, 2017, an employees was exposed to 62.4 ppm for 20 seconds. The exposure is greater than the OSHA maximum concentration of 50 ppm.
