29 CFR 1910.36(g)(2): Exit access(es) were not at least 28 inches (71.1 cm) wide at all points: (a) BORING MILL MACHINE - Employees operated the MPE Boring Mill 107, and the two egress points from the operators station were measured to be 18 inches and 12.5 inches, thereby exposing the employees to possible fire hazards, on or about February 3, 2017. No abatement certification or documentation required.
